A randomised trial across four crops at once
On a working organic farm in Bali, Phi Earth is running a controlled randomised trial to test the Phi Tech protocol across four vegetable crops with different growth cycles. The trial measures the protocol's effect on yield, crop loss, cost, and time to harvest under real farm conditions.
The trial is asset-light. The host provides the land and operations, and Phi Earth provides the protocol, the digital infrastructure, and the deployment method. Phi Earth integrates partner biological inputs and owns the data and documentation layer. The digital twin runs its first deployments on sites like this one.

Five indicators, monthly, against the control
We measure the five indicators above against the control arm, monthly: yield per square metre, crop loss, cost per kilogram, cost per square metre, and time to harvest. Soil pH, electrical conductivity, and organic matter are measured at day zero as an independent baseline.
Samples go to a third-party laboratory. Phi Earth does not self-certify, and results are published once verified.
