Phi Earth Announces Executive Leadership Evolution to Accelerate Global Growth
Leadership transition strengthens operational execution and positions the company for its next phase of international expansion
SINGAPORE — June 15, 2026 — Phi Earth today announced a significant evolution in its executive leadership structure, designed to support the company’s accelerating global growth and strengthen execution across its expanding portfolio of regenerative technologies.
Following consultation with key stakeholders and institutional partners, Phi Earth has implemented a refined leadership structure aimed at increasing organizational velocity, streamlining operations, and supporting upcoming technical deployment and capital formation initiatives.
Effective immediately, Theo Davies will transition from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chairman of the Board, while Stewart Gunnery has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Phi Earth. The leadership evolution reflects Phi Earth’s continued growth as it expands internationally and advances the deployment of its proprietary Phi Tech™ and Phi Trees™ portfolios.
As Executive Chairman, Davies will focus on long-term strategic priorities, including sovereign engagement, global special projects, institutional partnerships, and fundraising activities. “This transition allows me to focus entirely on the areas where I can create the greatest long-term value for Phi Earth,” said Theo Davies, Executive Chairman of Phi Earth. “As our opportunities continue to expand globally, it is essential that our leadership structure evolves alongside them. Stewart is an exceptional executive and leader, and I am delighted to see him take the helm as Chief Executive Officer.”
Gunnery brings extensive executive leadership experience to the role, having served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer across three businesses in the Asia-Pacific region. He is recognized for his strategic leadership, strong governance standards, and ability to lead organizations through periods of growth and transformation.
In addition to his commercial experience, Gunnery brings a scientific background in Molecular Biology and is a former Research Scientist at the Centre for Applied Microbiology and Research (CAMR) at Porton Down. His expertise in biotechnology and fermentation science provides a strong foundation for the continued development of Phi Earth’s technology portfolio.
